In partnership with Big Dreams, we served as the development lead, working tightly to advise on design strategy and feasibility given practical constraints. We helped refine and align the vision for galley.ai, an AI-powered crew service system, supporting next-gen crew and passenger experiences alike. While Big Dreams focused on concept design, we translated those ideas into functional, integrated prototypes, handling end to end development under an incredibly tight delivery schedule. Our process balanced rapid iteration with technical rigor to ensure the prototypes were show-ready and impactful for high profile industry events.
