Discover & Define: We collaborated closely with operators, engineers, and leadership to understand real-world mission flows, cognitive constraints, and failure points under pressure. This revealed where information overload and friction slowed response times.

Design & Prototype: Starting from first principles, we built the platform from the ground up—establishing clear information hierarchies, task-driven workflows, and visual systems optimized for rapid scanning and real-time decision-making. Interfaces were designed to surface the right information at the right moment, reducing cognitive load.
